Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. broiler-fryer chicken, cut up
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. buttered flavored shortening
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Melt shortening in an oblong 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Salt and pepper chicken.
    Put flour in a plastic bag and place 1 piece of chicken at a time and shake it.
    Place all chicken in pan and bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Turn chicken.
    Return to oven.
    Bake for 30 minutes longer.
