Pork Chops Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pork chops (about 1 lb.)
    dash of pepper
    onion slices
    4 green pepper rings
    1 can tomato soup
Preparation
    Brown chops in skillet; remove fat.
    Sprinkle chops with pepper.
    Place slice of onion and pepper ring on each chop.
    Pour tomato sauce over.
    Cover and cook over low heat for 45 minutes or until tender.
    Stir occasionally.
    Makes 4 servings.
