Molasses Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
5 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. melted butter
1 c. molasses
Preparation

Heat oven
to
350\u00b0.
In
a
large
bowl combine flour, sugar and
cinnamon.
Add melted butter, beaten eggs, molasses and vanilla.
Beat
3 minutes with electric mixer.
Grease and flour 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake for 35 minutes or until cake tests done.
