Ma Gillie'S Pokeweed And Scrambled Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    unblemished pokeweed leaves (2 lb. serves 4 people)
    1/4 c. bacon drippings
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 or 2 eggs
Preparation
    Wash pokeweed leaves thoroughly; drain.
    Put greens in saucepan.
    Add 1 cup water.
    Cover and cook 5 to 10 minutes, or until tender.
    Pour into colander and run cold water over to rinse it; drain.
