Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 round steak
    1 c. tomato sauce
    1 c. tomatoes
    2 bell peppers
    2 large onions
    oregano
    garlic
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cut the steak into strips.
    Cut onions and peppers into strips. Put tomato sauce and tomatoes into pot or crock-pot.
    Season to taste with spices.
    Add steak, pepper and onions.
    Cook until tender.
    Pour over rice or noodles.
