Garden Pea Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1 can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 cans small peas, drained
    1 jar chopped pimientos
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 stick margarine
    cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Saute onions, pepper and celery in margarine; add pimiento, water chestnuts and soup and mix well.
    Fold in peas; top with cracker crumbs and bake in buttered dish at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
    May be made ahead and frozen until ready to bake and serve.
