Hamburger Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chopped beef
    1 medium onion
    1/8 c. margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    3 c. cooked hot noodles
Preparation
    Cook and stir hamburger meat and onion in margarine in a 10-inch skillet until meat is light brown.
    Stir in flour, garlic and pepper.
    Cook, stirring constantly, 5 minutes.
    Stir in soup. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly; reduce heat.
    Simmer, uncovered 10 minutes.
    Stir in sour cream; heat through.
    Serve over hot noodles.
    Makes about 4 servings.
