Vanilla Wafer Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. box vanilla wafers (crushed)
    7 oz. bag coconut
    2 c. nuts (pecans, walnuts or both)
    6 large eggs
    2 sticks margarine
    2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar. Separate eggs. Add egg yolks one at a time, beat well. Add crushed vanilla wafers. In a separate bowl, beat egg whites until stiff. Then combine egg whites with the mix. Add coconut and nuts. Pour into greased and floured Bunt or tube pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours or until
    toothpick comes out clean.
