Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 1/2 c. hot water
    8 oz. lasagne noodles, cooked and drained
    8 oz. Ricotta cheese
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, sliced
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook ground beef, onion and garlic until beef is crumbly; drain fat.
    Mix in seasonings, tomato paste and hot water.
    Simmer 5 minutes.
