Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. baking soda
    4 eggs
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. grated carrots
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add sugar, oil and dry ingredients that have been sifted together.
    Pour into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 325\u00b0.
