Baked Potato Salad With Hot Dogs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. salad dressing or mayonnaise
    6 medium potatoes, cooked, peeled and diced
    1 pkg. frozen cut green beans, cooked
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    1 pkg. hot dogs, cut into 1/4 diagonal slices
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan; blend in flour and seasonings.
    Add milk all at once; stir over medium heat until mixture thickens. Boil 1 minute and remove from heat; blend in mayonnaise, potatoes, beans, onion and all but 6 hot dog slices.
    Spoon into 2-quart casserole; top with buttered bread crumbs and extra hot dog slices.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
