Noodle Pudding Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 c. commercial sour cream
    1/2 lb. cooked medium noodles
    1/2 c. corn flakes, crushed
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 lb. creamed cottage cheese
    butter
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks; add melted butter and sugar.
    Fold in cottage cheese, sour cream and noodles.
    Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
    Place in a 2-quart buttered casserole and sprinkle top with crushed corn flakes.
    Dot generously with butter.
    Bake 45 minutes in 375\u00b0 oven.
