Ingredients

20 eggs
20 loaves bread
56 qt. evaporated milk
56 qt. water
Preparation

Slice, cut bread into 3/8-inch slices.
Dip into egg and milk mixture, just long enough to wet the slices.
Drain off excess milk then drop slices into deep cooking oil (340\u00b0 to 350\u00b0) and fry until bread becomes slightly browned.
