Chicken Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. flour
1 egg
1/4 c. shredded processed Swiss cheese
2 c. finely chopped or cooked canned chicken
1/4 c. finely chopped celery
2 Tbsp. dry white wine
1/2 c. mayo
pinch of salt
Preparation

Melt butter in 1/2 cup boiling water.
Add flour and dash of salt.
Stir vigorously.
Cook and stir until mixture forms a ball that doesn't separate.
Remove from heat and cool.
Add egg and beat vigorously until smooth.
Stir in cheese.
