Pecan Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 egg whites, beaten stiff
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans
20 Ritz crackers, crushed

Preparation

Combine.
Fold in egg whites gradually.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Top with whipped cream.
