Pork Chops And Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    salt & pepper
    4 lean pork chops
    4 c. thinly sliced potatoes
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. water
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Brown salt and peppered chops, then set aside.
    Layer potatoes and sauce (made of soup, water, sour cream & parsley) in an 8x8 casserole dish.
    Lay chops on top and cover.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hr. 15 mins.
