Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground beef
1 egg, slightly beaten
3 slices bread, grated
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
salt and pepper to taste
1 can golden mushroom soup
1 can water
Preparation

Add garlic salt, salt and pepper to egg and beat together. Pour this mixture over the ground beef and bread crumbs and mix well. Form into small meatballs and cook over medium heat, turning often to brown all sides. Drain grease from meatballs. Add the can of mushroom soup and 1 can of water to the meatballs. Cover and simmer on low for 15 minutes. Serve over rice.
