Soft Pretzels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 c. wheat flour
    1 pkg. rapid yeast
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. hot water
    2 Tbsp. honey
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. cool water
    2 Tbsp. sesame seed
    1/2 c. coarse salt
    mustard (optional)
Preparation
    Grease baking sheet and preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Place cool water into small bowl and beat in egg.
    Set aside.
    In a large bowl, mix only 2 cups of the white flour, wheat flour, yeast and salt.
    Add water, honey and oil (in this order).
    Stir with a wooden spoon until combined.
    Add enough of the set aside flour to make a soft dough.
    Knead dough about 5 to 7 minutes.
    Cut dough into 12 equal pieces.
    Roll each piece into a rope.
    Form pretzels and place on baking sheet.
    Dough will contract a little, so enlarge holes with finger.
    Brush each pretzel with your egg mixture.
    Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
