Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. Velveeta cheese
    2 rolls sausage
    2 cans diced Ro-Tel (tomatoes and peppers)
Preparation
    Brown sausage.
    Melt cheese in Ro-Tel in saucepan (don't scorch).
    Put in crock-pot on low heat.
    Grate over toast, buns, etc. or use as a dip with crackers.
