Chile Con Queso - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    2 large cloves garlic, minced
    1 chopped onion
    1 large can tomatoes
    1 tsp. flour
    1/4 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. chopped green chiles
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 lb. Jack cheese, grated
Preparation
    Saute sausage in frying pan, drain.
    Add garlic and onion and saute.
    Add tomatoes, mash and cook down.
    Mix flour and milk into a paste and add to sausage mixture.
    When it is thickened a little, add the chiles, salt and cheese.
    When the cheese has melted, pour the mixture into a chafing dish and serve with tortilla chips.
