Turkey Schoitzet - cooking recipe

turkey breast slices
1 egg white
1 c. bread crumbs
Preparation

Preheat oven at 400\u00b0. Whip egg white with 1 teaspoon water. Pound turkey slices until tenderized, about 1/4 to 1/2-inch thin. Dip in egg white, then in bread crumbs. Place on lightly oiled baking sheet. Bake 10 minutes; turn over. Bake 5 minutes or until brown and crispy. Serve with cranberry sauce on the side.
