Easy Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick melted margarine
    2 c. raw rice
    2 cans beef consomme
    2 cans onion soup
    1 1/2 c. fresh mushrooms or 2 small cans
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1 can water
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in a 13 1/2 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Good served with a chicken entree.
