Airy Cheese Pancakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. cottage cheese
6 eggs, separated
4 Tbsp. matzo meal
1/2 tsp. salt
butter
Preparation

Rub cottage cheese through a sieve (tomato strainer works well, too) into a bowl.
Stir egg yolks into the cheese.
Add matzo meal and salt; mix well with spoon.
Beat egg whites with mixer in separate bowl until stiff; fold cheese mixture into egg whites.
