Baked Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breasts (with skin or skinless)
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1 c. converted rice
Preparation

In 400\u00b0 oven, bake in 13 x 9-inch pan the chicken breasts for 20 minutes.
Remove breasts from pan.
Pour 2 cups boiling water into pan.
Add 2 chicken bouillon cubes and stir until dissolved. Add minced onion (optional) and converted rice; spread evenly. Place chicken breasts on top of rice (other side up) and return to oven for 40 minutes.
(Check in 30 to 35 minutes as you might have to add more liquid.)
