Three Potato Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 1/2 c. heavy cream
    1/4 c. Dijon mustard
    1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 lb. each, baking potatoes, sweet potatoes and red potatoes, sliced thinly
    1 tsp. fresh thyme, crumbled
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Butter a 3-quart shallow baking dish In bowl, combine cream with mustard, cornstarch, salt and pepper. Toss into sliced potatoes.
    Pour into dish and cover.
    Bake 1 hour.
    Uncover and bake 30 more minutes.
    Sprinkle with thyme.
