Ingredients

2 (3 oz.) pkg. peach gelatin
2 c. sliced canned peaches
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
2 c. boiling water
4 Tbsp. vinegar
1 1/2 c. peach juice
Preparation

Drain peaches and reserve juice. Mix spices with sugar. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add combined sugar and spices, using whisk to mix.
Pour in vinegar and peach juice and allow to thicken slightly. Add peaches and refrigerate until time to serve. An interesting addition to a baked ham dinner.
