Lanettina - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pigs feet
    several minced garlic cloves
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Wash pigs feet.
    Cover with slightly salted water.
    Add several minced garlic cloves and pepper to taste.
    Boil until the meat will slip from bones.
    Place some meat in individual serving bowls and pour strained broth over top.
    Chill until firm.
    Serve with bread.
