Cream Of Mushroom Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. mushrooms, minced
    1 c. minced onions
    1 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 c. milk
    2 c. starch
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/8 tsp. red peppers
    1/8 tsp. grated nutmeg
Preparation
    In a saucepan, saute the mushrooms, garlic, onions, nutmeg, parsley and pepper in the olive oil until the mushrooms soften and release their liquid.
    Sprinkle with the flour and cook.
    Stir for 2 minutes.
    Gradually stir in the stock.
    Bring to a boil; reduce the heat.
    Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
    Let cool for 5 minutes.
