Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 cans (4 oz.) chopped green chilies, undrained
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 1/2 tsp. cumin
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    2 cans beef broth or 2 1/2 c. beef bouillon
    1 (16 oz.) can red kidney beans, undrained
Preparation
    Brown ground beef in large pot.
    Drain.
    Add onions and garlic. Then add green chilies, seasonings, tomato paste, broth/bouillon and beans.
    Bring to a boil; lower heat to simmer.
    Cover and cook 45 minutes to 1 hour.
