Cream Cheese Mints - cooking recipe

Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. flavoring*
2 lb. powdered sugar
food coloring

Preparation

*Can use mint, lemon, orange, almond, rum or butter flavorings.
For chocolate mints, add 6 teaspoons cocoa and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
