Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can yellow creamed corn
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    1 c. crushed crackers
    3 Tbsp. chopped pimento
    1 egg
    1 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. butter
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Melt butter; add onions and saute.
    Add corn, milk, egg, pimento and cracker crumbs.
    Bake in greased casserole dish for 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Top with buttered bread crumbs.
