Porcupines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    3 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1/2 c. raw rice
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. oil
    2 cans tomato sauce
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Mix ground beef, chopped onion, poultry seasoning, raw rice, pepper and salt; form mixture into small balls (about the size of walnuts).
    Brown lightly in uncovered pan in oil; drain off excess fat.
    Add tomato sauce and water.
    Cover tightly; simmer for 45 to 50 minutes, or until rice is tender.
