Creamed Parsnips - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. parsnips
    1 Tbsp. butter
    4 Tbsp. heavy cream
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Peel, cut up and core parsnips.
    Cook until tender in salted boiling water or steam them.
    Mash with butter and cream over a low heat.
    Heat creamed parsnips through and add seasoning.
