Liz'S Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites, stiffly beaten
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. sugar
    23 Ritz crackers, crushed fine
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. pecans, chopped fine
Preparation
    Add baking powder to egg whites, then sugar and crackers.
    Add vanilla and pecans.
    Pour into well-greased pie pan and bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Cool and top with Cool Whip or whipped cream. Sprinkle few pecans on top.
