Sour Cream Coffee Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks sweet butter
2 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. sour cream
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2 c. chopped pecans
1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease a 10-inch Bundt pan and dust with flour.
Cream together butter and 2 cups sugar.
Add eggs, blending well, then sour cream and vanilla.
Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
Fold the dry ingredients into creamed mixture and beat until just blended.
Do not overbeat.
In a separate bowl mix remaining 3/4 cup sugar with pecans and cinnamon.
Pour half of batter into Bundt pan.
Sprinkle with half of sugar mixture.
Add remaining batter and top with rest of sugar mixture.
Bake 60 minutes or until a cake tester inserted in center comes out clean. Serve warm.
Serves 10 portions.
