Pineapple Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
    1/2 c. margarine
    2 c. sifted confectioners sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 egg yolks
    1 c. heavy cream, whipped (no sugar)
    1 c. drained pineapple (next to small size)
Preparation
    Spread crumbs (save some for top) over bottom of long Pyrex pan.
    Cream oleo, sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy.
    Beat in egg yolks one at a time.
    Carefully spread this mixture over crumbs.
    Beat cream until stiff.
    Fold in drained pineapple. Spread over butter-sugar layer.
    Cover with crumbs lightly.
    Cover and chill.
