Cajun Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices (thick) bacon
    1 large onion
    1/4 tsp. minced garlic
    1/2 tsp. red pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 green pepper, chopped
    5 stalks celery, chopped
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. white pepper
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes, chopped
    1 large head cabbage, chopped
Preparation
    Cook bacon in stew pot until brown.
    Remove bacon; add green pepper, onions, celery, garlic, black, red and white pepper and salt.
    Saute for 10 minutes on medium heat, stirring occasionally. Add cabbage, Ro-Tel tomatoes and bacon.
    Cook 1 hour on medium heat, covered, stirring occasionally.
    Hot!
