Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
1 c. sugar
2 c. milk
3 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. butter

Preparation

Beat eggs; add sugar and potatoes.
Scald milk and butter together.
Add salt and vanilla.
Pour in crust and bake at 350\u00b0 until pie is done.
