Jalapeno Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. yellow cornmeal
1 c.milk
1/4 c. cooking oil
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (No. 2) can cream-style corn
1 (No. 2) can Niblets corn, drained
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
2 to 3 jalapenos, chopped fine
Preparation

Saute meat in skillet with onions; drain.
Mix eggs, cornmeal, milk, oil, soda, salt and corns.
Place 1/2 of mixture in pan, then spread meat/onions on top.
Spread cheese. Pour remaining cornbread mix and sprinkle jalapenos on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
