Ritz Cracker Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 egg whites, beaten stiff
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. sugar
    16 oz. Cool Whip topping
    2 c. walnuts, chopped
    1 tsp. vanilla
    40 crumpled Rita crackers
Preparation
    Mix together egg whites, baking powder and sugar with mixer, then stir in the crackers, walnuts and vanilla.
    Pour into a greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Top with Cool Whip when cool.
