Chicken Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground chicken
    1/4 c. cooked long grain rice, cooked without salt or fat
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped, fresh cilantro
    1 tsp. low-sodium soy sauce
    1/4 tsp. peeled, grated ginger root
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a bowl; stir well.
    Divide mixture in half, shaping each portion into a 3/4-inch thick patty.
    Coat a nonstick skillet with cooking spray.
    Place over medium heat until hot.
    Add patties; cook 5 minutes on each side or until done. Yields 2 servings.
