Strawberry Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. strawberry cake mix
4 eggs
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
16 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. milk
1 Tbsp. lemon juice

Preparation

Reserve 1 cup cake mix.
Mix remaining cake mix, 1 egg and oil in a bowl.
Press in greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Beat reserved cake mix, cream cheese, sugar and 3 eggs in mixer bowl for 1 minute. Add milk and lemon juice.
Mix well.
Pour into prepared pan.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Cool. Chill until serving time.
