Spinach Pie (Spanakopita) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. melted butter or margarine
    1 onion, chopped
    1 bunch green onions, sliced
    1 1/2 lb. Feta cheese, crumbled
    1 1/2 lb. cottage cheese
    4 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, defrosted and drained thoroughly
    1/3 c. farina
    9 eggs, beaten
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. dill weed (optional)
    1 lb. phyllo streudel leaves (follow directions on pkg. to prevent drying out)
Preparation
    Pour 1/2 cup butter in saucepan.
    Add onions and saute until golden.
    Combine Feta cheese, cottage cheese, drained spinach and farina in large bowl.
    Stir in onion mixture.
    Add eggs gradually, stirring constantly.
    Season and set aside.
