Turtle Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
    3/4 c. chopped cashews
    1 tsp. vanilla
    24 quartered caramels
Preparation
    Line 13 x 9-inch pan with foil; butter foil.
    In large pan, combine sugar, margarine and evaporated milk.
    Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
    Boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat.
    Add marshmallow cream and chocolate chips; blend until smooth.
    Stir in cashews, caramels and vanilla.
