Coconut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 layer size) pkg. yellow cake mix
    1 (4 oz. size) pkg. vanilla instant pudding
    1 1/3 c. water
    4 eggs
    2 c. Baker's coconut
    1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
Preparation
    Blend cake mix, pudding mix, water, eggs and oil in a large mixer bowl; beat at medium speed with electric mixer for 4 minutes.
    Stir in coconut and walnuts.
    Pour into 3 greased and floured 9-inch layer pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Cool in pans for 15 minutes.
    Remove and finish cooling on wire racks. Frost with Coconut Cream Frosting.
