Meat Marinade Of '87 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 garlic cloves, crushed
    1/4 c. wine vinegar
    pinch of white pepper
    2 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 lb. beef
    1 tsp. thyme
    1 tsp. tarragon
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Slice meat into 1/2-inch strips and marinate in mixture for several hours, turning frequently.
    Can be cooked in wok with Chinese vegetables or a mixture of soft kidney beans, snow peas, sliced onions, celery, artichoke hearts and carrots.
    Do not overcook vegetables.
