Braised Chicken And String Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cut in pieces or select pieces of your choice (chicken breasts, thighs or drumsticks)
    1 tsp. salt and some pepper
    1 c. finely chopped onions
    2 Tbsp. olive oil and 2 Tbsp. butter (for frying)
    2 Tbsp. tomato paste
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 tsp. chicken bouillon granules
    about 2 lb. green beans or amount needed
    about 1/2 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Place a kettle on the stove
    and
    let
    water
    come to a boil. Snap green beans;
    wash
    in
    cool water and drain.\tAdd to the boiling water and
    precook beans for 20 minutes.
    Drain and set aside.
    Wash chicken
    pieces in cool water;
    drain and pat dry to remove water.
