Greek Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. small cauliflower florets
2 c. sliced green onions with tops
1 c. sliced ripe olives
1 c. sliced green olives with pimientos
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1 c. diced green pepper
1 c. diced Swiss cheese
Preparation

Combine all salad ingredients.
Ingredients and proportions may be varied to taste.
Marinated artichoke hearts are an excellent addition.
