Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
3 Tbsp. Crisco
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
yellow food coloring (optional)
1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Stir flour, Crisco, salt and egg.
Add milk.
Roll out on waxed paper covered with flour.
Roll as thin as you can.
Freeze on wax paper in layers.
Cook until tender in hot boiling chicken broth.
For many dumplings, you will need to make more than one recipe.
