Barbecue Pork And Bean Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (1 lb.) cans baked beans in tomato sauce
    5 to 6 lean pork chops
    salt and pepper
    mustard
    1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. catsup
    sliced onion
    lemon, sliced and cut in half
Preparation
    Place baked beans in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Prepare pork chops.
    Season with salt and pepper to taste.
    Spread lightly with mustard, sprinkle with sugar and spread with catsup.
    Arrange over beans.
    With toothpick, attach slice of onion and lemon to each piece.
    Bake in slow oven (325\u00b0) for about 1 1/2 hours or until fork-tender.
